Job Description

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will oversee the strategic development and implementation of HR policies related to employee compensation and benefits. This role is crucial in ensuring that our practices are aligned with industry standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits management.
  • Advise management on compensation strategies and regulatory updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in HR functions.
  • Lead efforts in change management and organizational development.
  • Facilitate workshops on best practices in employee compensation and benefits.
  • Support leadership in talent management initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of the HR budget and forecasts.
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors for employee benefits.
  • Streamline onboarding process for new hires.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on compensation and benefits
