Helpers - Production Workers

Job Description

We are looking for Production Workers to assist in the manufacturing process of plastic products. Ideal candidates should have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team with daily operational tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Assist in the training of new staff members.
• Report any defects or issues with machinery.
• Participate in regular safety meetings.
• Maintain an organized inventory of supplies.
• Actively contribute to team goals and production targets.
• Perform any other duties as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing role is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of extrusion machinery and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability

Advantageous

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
