Job Description

We are seeking skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dedicated team. The successful candidates will play a key role in preparing chemicals, mixing formulations, and ensuring quality control measures are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and weigh chemical ingredients according to formulation specifications.
• Mix chemicals and blend them to desired consistency and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product compliance.
• Document batch details, including measurements, mixing time, and any deviations.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in chemical mixing software
• Experience in quality control processes

Soft Skills

• Good organizational skills
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating chemical processing equipment: Hands-on experience with machinery used in chemical processing.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems: Ability to use software for tracking chemical inventory.
