Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist to oversee recruitment processes, implement effective training programs, and drive employee engagement strategies. You will ensure HR compliance and assist in developing policies that foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment and training.
  • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts effectively.
  • Facilitate the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize team-building exercises and staff events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Relevant certification in HR preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in HR roles
