Job Description

As a Parts Salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking auto parts and accessories. Your role encompasses providing excellent service, assisting in selecting the right parts, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
  • Process orders and handle customer inquiries related to auto parts.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the parts team to manage stock effectively.
  • Uphold store presentation standards and ensure merchandise is organized.
  • Assist customers with technical questions regarding part compatibility.
  • Participate in sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant diploma or degree in sales or automotive studies, preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
