Liner Operator

Job Description

Looking for a dedicated Liner Operator to oversee the loading and unloading processes in our transportation company. Your expertise will help to streamline operations and maintain safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily liner operations and ensure adherence to clients’ schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Implement strategies to maximize efficiency in the loading and unloading processes.
• Ensure documentation for each shipment is accurate and up to date.
• Facilitate communication between teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Monitor cargo movement and adjust schedules as needed.
• Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing support.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in liner operations or a related field is required.
