Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate venue bookings, catering, and entertainment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and fulfil their event vision.
• Compile event programmes and schedules for distribution to guests.
• Monitor event progress and manage timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to achieve best value.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate event marketing efforts to enhance visibility.
• Create budgets and financial reports for each event.
• Ensure all legal and safety requirements are met for events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale events

• Event Software Proficiency

Certifications

• English: Fluent
