Job Description

As an Environmental Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing environmental risks associated with various projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations while providing strategic insights to mitigate potential risks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the environmental implications of projects and develop risk assessments.
• Prepare compliance documents, including environmental impact assessments (EIA).
• Participate in the development of sustainable practices and initiatives.
• Conduct training for project teams on environmental best practices.
• Stay updated on changes to environmental legislation and compliance requirements.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement and public consultation processes.
• Provide input for project proposals and feasibility studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar
• Master's degree is highly regarded

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental assessments or consultancy

Technical Skills

• Environmental Impact Assessment
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Certifications

• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
