Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and regulatory issues.

• Work closely with different departments to address their legal needs.
• Support in managing litigation matters where necessary.
• Advise on intellectual property law issues and contract law matters.

Requirements

Education

• LLB
• Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a legal counsel role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
