We are on the lookout for a Business Development and New Technology Manager who can spearhead the identification and implementation of innovative technological solutions. Your role will focus on enhancing company processes and boosting profitability while developing strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research and assess emerging technologies relevant to biofuels and biodiesel.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Implement technology transfer initiatives and manage technology adoption processes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of new technologies.
• Analyze competitive strategies and market positioning to adapt business strategies.
• Support the development of new product lines based on technological advancements.

• Engage with industry professionals to expand the company’s network.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in business development, technology management, or project management.
