Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our Durban facility. You will manage the warehouse team, oversee inventory and ensure timely logistics. Your role will play a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and logistics within the warehouse.
• Assess and improve storage strategies for efficiency.
• Enforce safety and quality standards across all warehouse activities.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and metrics.
• Collaborate with management on budget and operational planning.
• Facilitate problem resolution regarding inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience

Technical Skills

• SAP Logistics
• Logistics Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
