The Clinical and Counseling Psychologists will oversee the assessment process within our organisation. You will develop and implement strategies for evaluating student performance, ensuring compliance with educational regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test administration, including scheduling and proctoring.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on findings.
• Ensure testing protocols are followed and maintained.
• Provide constructive feedback on assessment outcomes.
• Collaborate within the assessment team to improve practices.
• Interpret large data sets for strategic insights.
• Engage in accreditation-related initiatives.
• Support faculty in understanding assessment practices.
• Utilize assessment software and management tools.
• Participate in professional development activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in assessment or evaluation positions

Languages

• English: Fluent
