Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes for diverse job roles.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications effectively.
  • Create compelling job postings and promote them across platforms.
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR

Languages
