Job Description

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the face of Hospitality Group, engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Your role involves handling inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving complaints to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first impression.
  • Assist in managing guest inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Facilitate smooth check-in/check-out experiences.
  • Actively seek guest feedback for service enhancement.
  • Coordinate guest services with other hotel departments.
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting hotel services and packages.
  • Train new staff on guest service protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of front desk or guest services experience
