Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to ensure a smooth running of the restaurant.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Control inventory and manage supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and staff performances.
• Develop strategies for improving service and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Address customer feedback and implement changes accordingly.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to enhance menu offerings.
• Promote restaurant services and events within the local community.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within the restaurant sector
