Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, capable of inspiring and managing a team to provide outstanding guest service. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hospitality team to deliver top-tier service.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee financial performance and cost control measures.
  • Promote special events and package deals to attract guests.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Assist in the development of the annual budget and business plan.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
