Systems Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and other IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a deep understanding of system security.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage virtual machines and cloud services.
• Assess and enhance data security measures.
• Coordinate with external vendors regarding hardware and software support.
• Assist in the planning of IT projects and initiatives.
• Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely solutions.
• Create and manage system documentation and process workflows.
• Perform bi-annual equipment and software assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support settings

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
