Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will design and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving clients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients to determine their individual occupational therapy needs.
• Create and administer customized therapy programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and modify as needed.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration for holistic client care.
• Support and guide clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Record and report on client progress and outcomes.
• Provide training and resources to clients and their families.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
• Contribute to research and development of new therapeutic techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Experience

• 4+ years of experience with a focus on pediatrics or geriatrics

Certifications

• Occupational Therapist Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
