We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing consultations, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews to optimize patient therapy.
• Lead initiatives to improve pharmacy services and patient care.
• Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Facilitate workshops on medication adherence and management.
• Assist patients with insurance and reimbursement questions.
• Participate in inventory audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent qualification
• Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience in a retail or hospital setting
