Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring quality standards and timelines are met. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams.
  • Ensure all project objectives are met in a timely manner.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare bids and contract negotiations.
  • Address project-related complaints and issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Additional management qualifications preferred

  • 5+ years in managing construction projects in a leadership role
