Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator who will lead our community engagement efforts. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, develop outreach programs, and be the face of our organization in the community.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative outreach strategies targeted at underserved populations.
• Create a community newsletter to share resources and opportunities.
• Engage with local media to promote community events.
• Evaluate community feedback to adjust outreach tactics accordingly.
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation from diverse groups.
• Liaise with health services to connect at-risk populations with necessary support.
• Participate in relevant conferences and training for professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Social Work, or related field
• Additional qualifications in non-profit management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in community outreach or event organization
