Responsibilities

• Educate patients on post-treatment home care.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare teams.
• Implement infection prevention and control measures.
• Manage patient care and ensure continuity of treatment plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Advanced Nursing Practice Qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in critical care or emergency nursing
