Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to legal inquiries from external parties.
• Support due diligence processes in mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare legal documents and certificates required for various transactions.
• Communicate with regulatory bodies for compliance issues.
• Advise on employment and labor law matters, ensuring fair practices.

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree or equivalent
• Master's degree in Law is preferred

Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Compliance and Risk Management certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Intellectual Property Law: Understanding of trademark and patent law is a plus.
