Job Description

As a Food Scientist at Leading Food Innovations Co., you'll use your expertise to develop and improve food products. Responsibilities

• Innovate new food products based on market research and consumer trends.
• Execute lab-scale and pilot-scale testing of new products.
• Evaluate and improve existing products based on consumer feedback.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure product safety and compliance.
• Develop nutritional label content and product specifications.
• Support regulatory submissions for new products.
• Engage in continuous education on food science innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• PhD in Food Science is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in food formulation and product development

Technical Skills

• Food Safety Regulations
• Nutritional Analysis

Certifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
