We are on the lookout for a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a knack for understanding client needs and delivering effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance account management skills.
  • Ensure timely payment and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Provide training and support to clients on new products and services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Sales, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
