Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Follow established processes to ensure customer support quality.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Track and report customer feedback to management.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and customer experience enhancement.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Degree in Communications or Business Administration is preferred

  • 2-3 years in customer service or support role
