Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our customers and the company, ensuring that clients maximize the value of our products and services. You will utilize your expertise in customer relations to drive satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for upselling.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce customer success metrics and track performance against these.
  • Facilitate communication with customers regarding product updates and enhancements.
  • Develop resources to aid customers in utilizing our products effectively.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Participate in customer support training and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Assist with client retention strategies and promote loyalty programs.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in customer success management

Languages
  • English: Fluent
