Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Evaluate design modifications for cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all work complies with local and national standards.
• Support procurement processes for materials and services.
• Conduct training sessions for junior staff and apprentices.
• Implement sustainability practices in engineering solutions.
• Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Produce technical documents and presentations for clients.
• Assist in preparing permit applications and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
