Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer at Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd, you'll leverage your technical expertise to design and implement mechanical systems that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs for mechanical systems.
• Evaluate and select materials for sustainable solutions.
• Utilize CAD software for design and prototyping.
• Collaborate with other engineers on interdisciplinary projects.
• Conduct risk assessments on mechanical projects.
• Analyze data and provide solutions to engineering challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
• Contribute to the development of engineering policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical system design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Systems Engineering

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Renewable Energy Projects: Hands-on experience in projects related to renewable energy and sustainability.
• Familiarity with ISO Standards: Knowledge of ISO quality management standards applicable to engineering.
