We are seeking a Retail Buyer to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selecting products that align with consumer trends and company standards. As a Retail Buyer, you will analyze market conditions, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure our product offerings are competitive and meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor and report on market trends and consumer preferences.
• Assist in developing promotional strategies for new product launches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.
• Provide training and guidance to junior purchasing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail buying or merchandising roles
