Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by attracting and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for executing innovative recruiting strategies to identify skilled candidates while enhancing our employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for various technical roles.
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific needs.
  • Implement modern sourcing techniques to identify and engage with candidates.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract prospective employees.
  • Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs to increase visibility.
  • Provide training to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Management is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, with a proven track record
