Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and maintaining precise payroll records.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process the payroll for all employees on time.
  • Verify the accuracy of timesheets and process adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor deadlines for payroll submissions and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in the calculation of overtime, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Keep abreast of payroll legislation changes and apply appropriate changes to company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certification in Payroll or HR
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
