Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations at our hotel in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high standards of service, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations and staff performance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business
  • Evaluate and respond to guest reviews and suggestions
  • Create and maintain budgets for departmental activities
  • Ensure efficient staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
  • Supervise hospitality staff recruitment and onboarding
  • Coordinate events and functions hosted at the hotel
  • Implement marketing campaigns to enhance service visibility
  • Measure operational performance through KPIs and adjust as necessary
  • Work closely with management to align on strategic objectives

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality are preferred
