We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee employee relations, talent management, and benefit programs while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead organizational development efforts to support change management.
Create a talent management strategy to nurture top talent.
Develop succession planning and career development paths.
Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation as needed.
Manage relationships with external HR partners and vendors.
Ensure the company culture promotes growth, engagement, and inclusivity.
Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
Oversee HR budget and resource allocation.
Conduct exit interviews to learn about the employee experience.
Promote a health and wellness program across the organization.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Professional HR certification preferred
Experience
5+ years in a senior HR role, preferably within a tech company.
