Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee employee relations, talent management, and benefit programs while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational development efforts to support change management.
  • Create a talent management strategy to nurture top talent.
  • Develop succession planning and career development paths.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external HR partners and vendors.
  • Ensure the company culture promotes growth, engagement, and inclusivity.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Oversee HR budget and resource allocation.
  • Conduct exit interviews to learn about the employee experience.
  • Promote a health and wellness program across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Professional HR certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a senior HR role, preferably within a tech company.
