Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through various platforms, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team culture.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on trends.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Technical Skills

• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
