Seeking a passionate Learning and Development Coordinator to oversee training initiatives across the organization. You'll be responsible for assessing training needs, creating educational programs, and ensuring employees are equipped with the skills required to thrive in their roles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology
• Additional certifications in Learning and Development are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a corporate learning and development role
