Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to manage a variety of events from concept through execution. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate will ensure events run smoothly and meet the expectations of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of event planning, from concept to execution, including post-event analysis.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to ensure their vision aligns with the event execution plan.
  • Provide creative solutions for common event challenges.
  • Establish a network of contacts within the event industry.
  • Ensure all events adhere to budgetary constraints while achieving desired outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events.
  • Conduct site visits and venue assessments for potential events.
  • Implement sustainability practices in event planning.
  • Forge partnerships with local businesses for event sponsorships.
  • Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes and financials.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Event Management
  • Relevant experience supersedes qualifications
Experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience in event coordination
