Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our hotel operations in Cape Town. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of service, managing staff, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel management and a flair for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise hotel staff and provide ongoing training.
  • Ensure all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop annual budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses.
  • Enhance the hotel's brand through excellent service and marketing.
  • Resolve guest complaints and conduct satisfaction surveys.
  • Coordinate events and functions hosted at the hotel.
  • Ensure the upkeep of hotel facilities and appearance.
  • Monitor online reviews and engage with guests on social media.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management
