You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative engineering designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and ensure designs meet functional requirements.
• Utilize CAD software for developing detailed designs.
• Participate in project management meetings and provide technical insights.
• Perform root cause analysis for mechanical failures and develop solutions.
• Be involved in research and development of new mechanical technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with proven results

Technical Skills

• CATIA
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in MATLAB: Experience with MATLAB for engineering analysis and simulations.
• Knowledge of automation systems: Familiarity with automation and control systems in engineering applications.
