Job Description

As a Skills Development Consultant, you will play a vital role in identifying training needs and developing tailored training programs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance workforce skills and boost overall productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR to ensure training alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training through participant feedback and performance metrics.
  • Adapt training methods and materials based on feedback and industry best practices.
  • Establish relationships with external training providers when necessary.
  • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and developments to management.
  • Implement continuous feedback loops for improvement in training delivery.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Advanced diploma in Training and Development or similar is preferable
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a skills development consulting role
