Job Description

We are looking for passionate Online Tutors to provide personalized educational support to students through virtual platforms. Successful candidates will engage in one-on-one tutoring sessions and assist in developing tailored learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support in subjects relevant to students’ needs.
• Create resources to support students' learning objectives.
• Monitor and adjust teaching methods as needed to address individual learning styles.
• Engage with students to foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Document student achievements and challenges in learning management systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a subject relevant to tutoring

Experience

• Experience with online tutoring or teaching

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Curriculum Development

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Time Management

Certifications

• Child Psychology or Education Counseling certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
