Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage teams, liaise with clients, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise multiple construction projects concurrently.
  • Monitor and control project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and guidelines.
  • Provide direction and support to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders and team leaders.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.
  • Ensure effective communication amongst all project participants.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction management
