Construction Project Manager

Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to outline goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage procurement of materials and supplies for projects.
• Implement project management methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders for feedback.
• Prepare and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review and approve project budgets and expenditures.
• Create and sustain a safe and productive work environment.
• Foster strong working relationships with external partners.
• Conduct final inspections and handover processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD: Ability to create and interpret architectural plans using AutoCAD software.
