Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist where you'll manage key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. We're looking for someone passionate about driving organizational success through effective HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment campaigns and manage the selection process.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote positive employee relations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and maintain confidentiality.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and initiatives.
  • Provide support for performance management and succession planning.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices to continually improve processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Advanced HR qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR generalist role or similar experience
