We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our store in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and a passion for customer service, driving sales, and overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations including sales, merchandising, and staffing.
• Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales trends to inform business strategy and improve performance.
• Develop promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Create a visually appealing store layout to enhance the customer experience.
• Address customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.
• Ensure the store meets financial targets and operational metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in managerial roles within retail

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
