E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online retail strategy in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing the customer experience across all digital platforms. This role includes overseeing product listings, implementing SEO strategies, and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to the site.
• Work with the IT team to ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
• Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and marketing campaigns to optimise performance.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors and partners to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
• Master's degree in related field is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management
