Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Research Associate. You will be at the forefront of clinical trials, overseeing operations and ensuring quality control. Your contribution is critical to the ethical conduct of medical research that ultimately aims to improve patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational aspects of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with site investigators to ensure smooth execution of trials.
  • Review and verify accuracy of clinical data collected.
  • Develop and implement plans for patient recruitment and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing trials and report on performance metrics.
  • Address deviations and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders including sponsors, sites, and regulatory bodies.
  • Document and report adverse events as required.
  • Ensure continuous training of site personnel in clinical trial processes.
  • Provide input for trial design and protocol development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacology, or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health or related area is a plus
Experience
  • Min 4 years in clinical research or equivalent position
