Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources department in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing workforce engagement, implementing HR policies, and driving organizational success. This role requires a strong ability to create an inclusive culture while ensuring compliance and efficiency in all HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR best practices to improve employee productivity.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to promote HR initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend retention strategies.

  • Prepare and manage HR budgets effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is beneficial
Experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
