Job Description

The Detective Chief will be responsible for leading and managing a team of detectives in conducting investigations and solving complex criminal cases. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to develop strategies to combat organized crime effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-level briefings and debriefings on case status and investigative challenges.
• Identify and implement advancements in investigative technologies and methodologies.
• Act as the spokesperson for the investigation team to media and public inquiries.
• Collaborate with public safety organizations to enhance community engagement in safety initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience, especially in managerial roles within law enforcement.
