Job Description

Join our team as a Production Supervisor, where you will lead production operations in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for ensuring production goals are met while fostering a safe and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory experience in manufacturing and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production line and manage workflow to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
• Address production issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily production reports and communicate with management.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with procurement for supplies.
• Foster a positive team culture and promote staff wellbeing.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Production Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
